Job Responsibilities/Duties

• Create 3D models from contract drawings for electrical, mechanical, plumbing or fire protection services

• Create detailed installation drawings from Revit, AutoCAD or CADmep

• Create submittal drawings from Revit or CADmep

 

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in 3D modeling is preferred. 2D drafting experience can also transition well

• Proficiency in the use of Fabrication CADmep HIGHLY DESIRED

• Use of SCENE/FARO scan files a plus

• Must be able to work in a fast pace changing environment as well as be able to meet deadlines established by the job site construction schedule

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing construction a plus

• Must have a good understanding of populating model with process piping, high purity piping and fixtures

• Proficient in the use of Navisworks software

• Understanding of how to export NWC files for coordination

• General construction knowledge and understanding of how to navigate construction documents (i.e. MEP drawings and specifications) is HIGHLY desired

• Candidates should possess strong oral and written communications skills and be able to prioritize and complete multiple, time constrained projects

• Demonstrated technical skills including advanced working knowledge in Microsoft Office

• Technical School - Preferred Field of Study: Design or 2D/3D Modeling
